French and Francophone Studies

Bonjour! My name is Lily Luby and I am in my first year at Brown. I am a co-concentrator in the French and Francophone Studies and the International and Public Affairs departments. I’ve been learning French since middle school, and I am very enthusiastic to continue to discover the beauty of the language here at Brown. I would like to study abroad next year or during my junior year, but for now, I can’t wait to serve as DUG leader this semester with Anna!

J’apprends le français depuis le collège, et je suis très enthousiaste à continuer à découvrir la beauté de la langue ici à Brown. Je voudrais étudier à l’étranger l’année prochaine ou ma troisième année, mais pour maintenant, j’ai hâte de servir comme DUG leader ce semestre avec Anna !
